About Me

I began my career with a deep passion for understanding human and organizational behavior and helping those in need, a thread that has remained constant throughout my professional journey. I originally worked as a licensed clinical social worker and discovered my natural ability to help individuals take actionable steps, allowing them to make meaningful progress and move their lives forward.

Wanting to make a broader impact, I returned to school for a law degree and launched my journey into federal government health policy.​​​​Over the past 20 years, I have served in various senior leadership roles at the Department of Health and Human Services at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services including the Office of Legislation, Center for Medicare, Center for Consumer Information and Insurance Oversight, and more recently, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Innovation.  In these roles, I have had the pleasure of leading multi-disciplinary teams of talented professionals to deliver mission-critical programs, navigating complex technical challenges while implementing creative and innovative solutions to a variety of health policy challenges leading to improved access to care and lower prescription drug costs for many Americans. ​​​​​

As I transition from a deeply fulfilling career in government, I’m excited to continue supporting individuals and organizations as they move forward.
